10 Wilmington Properties Sold in February
Three properties were sold for over $500,000. There was also one foreclosure.
There were 10 sales of property in Wilmington last month, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.
There were three properties sold for more than $500,000, including 117 McDonald Rd. ($699,900), 4 Silverhurst Ave. ($619,900), and 6 Oxbow Dr. ($505,000).
There was also one foreclosure: 21 Beech St.
