Wilmington 2020 Reassessment: See Your Home's Proposed Valuation
Single-family homes had typical increases of 0.16 percent from last year, the assessors found.
WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington's Board of Assessors recently published its Fiscal Year 2021 property valuations, estimating fair market value as of Jan. 1. The average single-family home valuation increased just 0.16 percent, from $506,112 to $506,917.
Assessments were open for questions and review from Oct. 30 to Nov. 8.
Like single-family homes, commercial assessments barely budged, with the average assessment dropping from $906,079 to $903,711.

Other categories of real estate had larger average value increases.
- Condominiums went up 0.91 percent on average, from $393,195 to $393,767
- Two-family homes rose 3.3 percent from $498,768 to $514,886
- Three-family homes rose 7.3 percent from $495,400 to $493,150
- Mixed use property assessments rose 2.85 percent from $684,399 to $703,919.
- Industrial properties rose 5.94 percent from $2.824 million to $2.992 million.
