Car Vandalized in Winchester Hospital Parking Garage
At 3 p.m. July 28, Winchester police responded to the Winchester Hospital area for a report of vehicle vandalism, according to a police report. Police were called to the third level of the hospital's parking garage, where a woman reported her car's passenger side window was smashed and her pocketbook stolen from inside, according to the report. She was advised by police to contact her financial institutions to report her cards as stolen, the report adds.
July 27
8:25 a.m.: Police responded to Cross Street for a report of an unlawful entry into an apartment, according to a police report. Several pieces of clothing were found throughout the vacant apartment and they were gathered as evidence, the report notes. No one was found inside the unit, according to the report. A teen had been spotted with a bag of clothes at the apartment by a realtor in early July, the report adds.

10:38 a.m.: During a detail at the Middlesex Fells Reservation, police issued several citations to people allowing their dogs to enter the North Reservoir, as well as people found trespassing in it, according to a police report.Â
