Catherine M. Doherty of Winchester passed away on Sept. 14.
Beloved wife of the late David J. Doherty. Loving mother of David & his wife Allison Doherty of Winchester. Michael Doherty of Winchester & Catherine & her husband Brooks Rice of Reading. Adored Grandmother of Julia, Patrick, Amelia & Annemarie Doherty Ava, Arabella & Ruby Rice & Evan Doherty. Sister of Elaine & her late husband James Murphy of Medford, John & his wife Mary Killeen of Melrose & James & his wife Jane Killeen of Melrose. Catherine is also survived by her caregivers, Marie Delva & Nancy Clinton, many nieces, nephews & good friends.
A funeral will be held from the Lane Funeral Home 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) Winchester on Monday Sept. 18, at 9 am. Followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary’s Church at 10 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 thru 5 pm. Interment Wildwood Cemetery Winchester. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452 or alz.org.
