WINCHESTER, MA — Winchester rescheduled its annual town election in response to the new coronavirus crisis. The Select Board voted unanimously to hold the election on June 20 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Due to the State of Emergency voters may request a paper ballot known as early voting by mail. Polling stations will be the same as normal elections.

The state's coronavirus case count nears 14,000 and a death toll of 260. Gov. Charlie Baker on Monday announced a new $13 million relief fund to support nonprofits working on the economic impacts of the outbreak.
