Human Bones Unearthed At Winchester Home
Contractors unearthed the human remains that officials believe may be over 100-years-old.
WINCHESTER, MA — Human bones were found buried in the yard of a Winchester home on Thursday afternoon.
Contractors were doing demolition work at a site on Dartmouth Street when they found the bones, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan's Office. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed that the bones are human.
The DA's Office said there might be several skeletal remains and that they appear to have been buried for a long time, possibly over 100 years.
