Massage Therapist Accused Of Rape Scheduled For December Trial

WOBURN, MA — A licensed massage therapist who worked at the Winchester Wellness Center is scheduled for trial in December after being accused of inappropriately touching three Wellness Center clients.
In Middlesex Superior Court on Wednesday, Alexander Osher, 48, of Lynn, was given a Dec. 6 trial date in a case where he is charged with rape, assault to rape and three counts of indecent assault and battery of a person over the age of 14.
Osher has pleaded not guilty to the charges and denies the allegations.

The Middlesex District Attorney's office alleges that from Dec. 15, 2016 to Jan. 16, 2017, Winchester police received three complaints from victims saying they had been inappropriately touched during their massages. Following an investigation, Osher was arrested on Jan. 18.
