What's the Winchester Weather Forecast for Halloween?

Nobody likes a cold Halloween. And even fewer people like a wet one.

The treat looks like it won't be too chilly with highs in the mid-50s Thursday night. But a trick could be in store, too: While the forecast for rain is only 20 percent during the day, that jumps up to 40 percent in the evening, according to Weather.com.
