Winchester Announces Fall Leaf Collection Plans
The Town will open its transfer station to residents on select days through Dec. 6.
The Town of Winchester will open its Transfer Station on the next five Sundays for leaf collection.
The station will be open on Nov. 8, Nov. 15, Nov. 23, Nov. 29, and Dec. 6 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Only leaf collection will be allowed. Commercial haulers are prohibited.

Residents must present a residential sticker in order to dump leaves.
