Winchester Assessor’s Office Contracted With Patriot Properties, Inc. To Inspect Properties

The Assessor’s Office has contracted with Patriot Properties, Inc. to inspect properties throughout Winchester that have pulled permits from the Building Department in the last 2 years. Due to COVID-19, we will be performing exterior measurements only.

Patriot Properties employees will have identification, and a letter signed by Daniel McGurl, Director of Assessments.
