25th Annual Winchester Boy Scout Troop 507 Christmas Tree Pickup

Saturday, January 5, 2019

Imagine this….after spending hours shopping, cooking, cleaning, and entertaining, the Christmas season has ended. But, you have one last thing to do – you have to dismantle your tree, pack away your ornaments for another year, and then drag that tree back into your car to lug it to the transfer station for disposal.

Wait! Give yourself a gift after working hard throughout the holidays. Have Boy Scout Troop 507 come to your curb on January 5th and take away that tree! No more pine needles embedded into the carpet of your car – what a nice way to celebrate the New Year!

This year marks the 25th season that this successful fundraiser has helped Winchester residents dispose of their old trees, while helping the troop raise money to offset costs of trips and camping equipment.
