Winchester Farmers Market, Open Houses Set for This Weekend

Here are some things to do in the Winchester region from June 7-9:

1. Fruits and veggies: The 2013 Winchester Farmers Market season gets underway at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Town Common.

2. Beer tasting: Stoneham-based Redstone Liquors will be having a beer tasting from 4-7 p.m. Friday.

3. Greek festival: There will be a Greek Festival in Woburn that kicks off at 11 a.m. Friday at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. The weekend-long festival will feature various types of entertainment and food.

4. Plant swap: The Friends of Oak Grove will be having their annual Plant Swap from 9:30-11 a.m. Saturday at the Oak Grove Community Building, 6 Grove St., Malden.

5. Shop for a home: Check out open houses in Winchester.
