Sarkis Kavlakian, 54 of Burlington, MA plead guilty in Woburn District Court to stealing the identity of his tenants and using their checking information and credit card accounts to pay debts and purchase almost $10,000.
Kavlakian owned several rental units at 40 Church Street in Winchester. He was sentenced to two and a half years in a House of Corrections with 59 days to serve and three years of probation on a suspended sentence.Â
Kavlakian was arrested in 2010on identity fraud charges.
