Winchester Town Extends Real Estate & Personal Property Taxes Deadline Until June 1

The Town has extended the Real Estate & Personal Property Tax due date from May 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020. Interest will be waived on all bills paid by June 29, 2020. Interest on Motor Vehicle Excise Tax bills that were due on April 6, 2020, will be waived on payments made by June 29, 2020.

This due date extension is intended to assist those who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 Crisis. If you are able to pay by the May 1st due date, please do so in order to fund vital Town services. Please call 781-721-7123 with any questions.
