Home Values, Sales on Rise in Woburn
The statistics provided by the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds are based on the first half of 2015.
According to recent statistics released by the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds, both home value and homes sales are on the rise in Woburn.
Through the first half of 2015, home values have increased from $369,950 to $400,000.
The number of home sales have also increased, going from 140 at this time last year to 112.
