MA Woman Killed In Head-On Collision, NYC Man Cited
A Great Barrington woman died after being involved in a head-on crash in Western Massachusetts.
GREAT BARRINGTON, MA — A New York man has been cited following a fatal crash in Western Massachusetts.
Robert Bacigalupi, 68, of New York City, was cited for motor vehicle homicide and marked lanes violation. He was taken to Berkshire Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Bacigalupi will be summonsed to appear in court, police said.
Police said Annemarie E. Bushka, 64, of Great Barrington died after a head-on collision on Maple Ave.

The crash around at 11 a.m. Maple Ave. was closed for a time while responders tended to the injured and cleared the scene.
