Missing For 10 Days, Wiggles The Cat Rescued From Storm Drain

AUBURN, MA—Wiggles the cat wiggled himself into quite a predicament. One that got him stuck, and his family looking for him for 10 days.

It was then that a vigilant dog found the cat in a storm drain in Auburn on April 17.

According to officials, who shared the story on the Auburn Facebook page, Wiggles couldn't get out of the drain the same way he got in, so Animal Control and the Sewer Department responded to the scene.

The Sewer Department was able to remove the drain cover and Animal Control was then able to enter the storm drain, said the announcement. Wiggles was safely recovered and returned to his family who was waiting nearby.
