The vaccine clinic — which is being held under the equity program — will take place at Polar Park, giving attendees a chance to see inside the city's newest attraction. There will also be music, prizes and food.

Worcester is one of 20 communities around the state participating in the equity program. In Massachusetts, people of color have been disproportionately impacted by coronavirus. That disparity has followed into the vaccine rollout. In mid-March, local health officials reported wide racial gaps in vaccination rates among Worcester residents.

The Polar Park clinic runs from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the stadium located at 100 Madison St.
