Ryan Reynolds Movie Filming In Worcester
Several roads will be closed for Reynolds' new film "Free Guy."

WORCESTER, MA — Parts of Worcester will be transformed into a Hollywood set as crews from the Ryan Reynold's film "Free Guy" prepare to set up in the city on Wednesday. Police warned that several roads will be temporarily closed on Wednesday for the film.
Between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday the following roads will be closed to drivers:
- Franklin Street from Salem Street to Main Street
- Portland Street from Myrtle Street to Franklin Street
Between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday the there will be no parking on the following roads:

- Federal Street
Local coffee shop, Brew on the Grid, located on Franklin Street, will be closed for the filming as well during the week. Crews are reportedly filming inside the coffeeshop on Thursday.
The "Deadpool" star has been filming in the Bay state for a few weeks. He was most recently filming in Framingham where a local bank was used as the backdrop for many scenes. The film is focused on a bank teller, played by Reynolds, who realizes he is a background character in a video game that's set to go offline. It's marketed as an action comedy.

Other stars in the cast include Jodie Comer, Joe Keery and Lil Rel Howery. The film will be directed by Shawn Levy.
