Worcester Academy Wins Tournament Championship
The WA Team won with a 5 - 2 victory over Phillips Academy Andover to earn its second championship in three years.

From Worcester Academy: Worcester Academy's Varsity Baseball Team enjoyed a successful 2017 season, winning the Central New England Prep School Baseball League/Thomas Blackburn Championship Tournament. The WA Team won with a 5 - 2 victory over Phillips Academy Andover to earn its second championship in three years.
Contributing to the championship win were the following team members:
- Timothy O'Connor of Worcester, Grade: 10.
- William Sullivan of Worcester, Grade: 11.
- Samuel Thoreen of Worcester, Grade: 11.
- Derek Comeau of Paxton, Grade: 12.
