Worcester To Hold First Firefighters Memorial Since 2019
The Sunday ceremony will serve as a memorial for all Worcester firefighters who died recently.

WORCESTER, MA — For the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began, the Worcester Fire Department will hold an in-person memorial service for firefighters who have died.
Sunday's event will include a tolling of the bell, a reading of the names firefighters who have died in recent years and speeches.
The ceremony will be for firefighters who died in the line of duty, like Christopher Roy in 2018 and Jason Menard in 2019, and for other members of the department who have passed away since 2019.
