Worcester Red Sox Release 2021 Season Schedule, Home Opener

WORCESTER, MA — The Worcester Red Sox will begin the inaugural 2021 season at Polar Park in just over eight weeks, the team announced Thursday.

The team's home opener will be on April 13 against the Philadelphia Phillies' Lehigh Valley IronPigs. The first game of the WooSox 2021 season will begin on April 6 when team heads to central Pennsylvania to face off against the Scranton Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

During the 2021 season, the WooSox will face off against five other teams in the Triple-A East Northeast Division: the New York Yankees-affiliate RailRiders, the Toronto Blue Jays-affiliate Buffalo Bisons, the Washington Nationals-affiliate Rochester Red Wings and the New York Mets-affiliate Syracuse Mets.
