Worcester School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacations

WORCESTER, MA — The first day of school in Worcester is August 27 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Worcester County School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)
• 2/19 - 2/22: No School (Winter Vacation)

April

• 4/15: No School (Patriot's Day)
• 4/16 - 4/19: No School (Spring Vacation)

May

• 5/24: Last Day for Seniors
• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/10: Last Day of School
