3 Wrentham Students Taken To Hospital After Eating Edibles
Police say the students were not in danger.
WRENTHAM, MA — Three King Philip Regional High School students were transported to the hospital last week after consuming candy believed to be marijuana edibles, said Wrentham Police Chief Bill McGrath in a Facebook post on April 6.
McGrath said the students were not in danger, but felt ill and were medically evaluated as a precaution. No other students reported feeling ill.
The incident remains under investigation by police and the school district.
