New Women's Self Defense Course at Cormier's Self Defense Academy

Six-week training program teaches valuable self defense fundamentals

Cormier’s Self Defense Academy in Holliston is launching a morning self defense program designed specifically for women!

Dates: Tuesday mornings from September 29th – November 3rd

Time: 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Course Cost: 60.00 per person

In this course, women will learn effective self defense techniques and real, practical skills to help them de-escalate aggressive situations and to physically fend off an aggressor. Students will develop situational awareness, including how to identify the body language of someone who may be in danger. Skills obtained will be derived from karate, jujitsu, and/or judo.

Each week, students will learn new strategies and review previous material. This course does not require uniforms. No experience is necessary; Cormier’s works closely with their students, providing instruction based on the needs and capabilities of each individual learner.
