Wrentham Among Safest Massachusetts Communities

Wrentham was recently named among the safest communities in Massachusetts. Its property crime rate is less than one-tenth of a percent.

WRENTHAM, MA — Wrentham, with its property crime rate of just .06 percent, was recently named among the top 20 safest communities in Massachusetts.

"The Safest Cities in Massachusetts 2016" is based on FBI statistics and other data, according to backgroundchecks.org.

Wrentham was ranked No. 23 in the Bay State. North Attleboro was No. 1.

"The town of Wrentham is home to 10,900 residents. Incorporated in 1673, the community borders Rhode Island to the south and is known as once being home to both Horace Mann and Helen Keller.
