Wrentham Boston Marathon Runners: Results, Winners

WRENTHAM, MA — The 2017 Boston Marathon Monday featured more than 30,000 runners and 13 of them are from Wrentham. Marc Waxman, 44, was the fastest Wrentham runner with a time of 2 hours, 51 minutes and 50 seconds. 2. Kevin Lacke, 21: 3:06:06
3. Brian Mcgowan, 48: 3:39:47
4. Michael Cullinane, 52: 4:07:04
5. Kathleen Macdonald, 52: 4:10:29

Overall, Kenyan Geoffrey Kirui won the men's race with a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 37 seconds. Fellow Kenyan Edna Kiplagat won the women's race with a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes and 53 seconds. Both were running the Boston Marathon for the first time.
