Wrentham Seeking Public Input For 10-Year Master Plan
The second Master Plan virtual forum will take place Thursday, April 8.
WRENTHAM, MA — The Town of Wrentham is asking residents to participate a virtual forum regarding its 10-year Master Plan this week, said the town in a news release Friday.
The event is the second public forum for "Vision of Tomorrow: 2030 Master Plan," which is the town's plan that will shape local decision-making for the next decade.
“We look forward to engaging with our residents at this virtual forum as we seek to shape our Town’s future over the course of the next decade,” said Rachel Benson, Director of Planning and Economic Development, in a statement. “This is just one of several opportunities that residents will have to offer their valuable opinions about the direction of Wrentham’s development, and we welcome any and all input from those who live and work here in Town."

Since last summer when over 1,200 people responded to a planning survey, the Master Plan Steering Committee has been hosting focus groups, meeting with local committees, and researching housing and economic trends in Wrentham. Their findings will be presented at the forum, after which the town will release a second survey to gather feedback on the committee's preliminary goals.
The virtual forum will be held via Zoom on Thursday, April 8 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Those interested in attending can RSVP here and a link to join the meeting will be emailed to each participant.
