Michigan Adds 1,245 New Coronavirus Cases, 9 Deaths Wednesday
More than 15,400 people in Michigan have reportedly died from complications with the coronavirus.
MICHIGAN — The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Michigan is nearing 584,000, according to the most recent data released Wednesday by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
Michigan reported 1,245 new cases of the coronavirus Wednesday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 583,964, according to state data. The state also added nine more COVID-19 deaths, bringing the coronavirus death toll in Michigan to 15,405.
Michigan added 1,316 new coronavirus cases and 34 COVID-19 deaths Tuesday. More than 529,000 people in Michigan have recovered from the coronavirus since the pandemic began, officials said Saturday.
