Oakland County Clerk Bullard Jr. to Run for Re-Election

Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds Bill Bullard Jr. announced this week he will seek election to the office he has held since his selection by the judges of the Oakland County Circuit Court in January 2011. 

Bullard was appointed to fill the vacancy left in the countywide office when then-Clerk Ruth Johnson was elected Michigan Secretary of State. 

Bullard's announcement came on the heels of declaration by Democrat County Commissioner Tim Burns that he would also be running for the seat.
