To Be? Or not? Yes, to be!

We will be reading aloud short plays, scenes, comedic and dramatic pieces that are appropriate for our generation, the Boomers. "READER'S THEATRE" is done sitting, or occasionally standing, reading from a script. No memorizing is involved. This is a viable and popular theatrical format, that is often used in theatres to introduce new scripts or for performance. Character development, pace and interpretation will be our focus. as well as finding meaning in relationships and story telling. No experience is necessary! When we have been well rehearsed , we will be able to announce a performance, if we wish. This is a good way to keep the brain active and creativity flowing!

II will try very hard to satisfy my workshop participants, actors, in every
way. I will provide well written "READERS" theatre material. plays, shorter pieces monologues and scenes. I will challenge and encourage. Support, instruct and delight.
