Education--push for progressive tax on ballot; redirect funds from law enforcement to prevention, which includes good education.

What steps should state government take to bolster economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic for local businesses?
"Stimulus" payments were/are to those at the bottom with which they pay for their needs and the money hence "trickles up" to the top. But the more that local businesses provide basic needs, the more they, too, will survive.
How will you address the calls for racial justice and police reform?
Go back to calling them "peace officers," triage approach for each incident: mental illness, substance abuse or actual criminal intent and handling accordingly; strongly monitor racism, which a Harvard study found IS the chief cause.
List other issues that define your campaign platform:
Universal health care--if the feds won't do it, a state can; Transit--more a SE Michigan issue to start; Great Lakes protection from removing pipelines to stop the removal of the marshlands that filter the Lakes.
