LuLaRoe TBI fundraiser #turnertough Berkley family

Berkley, MI – Scott Turner, 41 from Berkley, is an inspirational Special Education teacher at Oak Park High School. On Memorial Day last year, he fell off a ladder and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). He was on life support for two weeks and remained in the hospital for a total of eight weeks.

Stacy Leasure read about his story online and has organized a gigantic in-person LuLaRoe sale at Farina’s Banquet Hall in Berkley on 2/26/17 from 10am-5pm.

Stacy has lined up 20 amazing fashion consultants to come in and set up over 25,000 pieces of fabulous LuLaRoe clothing for sale, with 20% of the proceeds being donated to the Turner family.

Scott is originally from Australia and has no immediate family in the States. This leaves his wife Lisa to be his primary caregiver, meaning that neither have been able to work since Scott’s accident over eight months ago. The Turners also have three small children, ages 3, 5 and 7. Lisa maintains a Facebook page with over 2,600 followers that keeps everyone near and far updated on Scott’s progress. http://www.facebook.com/prayersforscottpturner
