Schedule, Information For 24th Annual CruiseFest In Berkley

From the City of Berkley: Start your engines – cruising time is here! The City of Berkley is gearing up for the 24th CruiseFest Classic Car Parade sponsored by DTE Energy. This kick-off event for the annual Woodward Dream Cruise takes place Friday, August 16th, along the 12 Mile corridor between Woodward and Greenfield. More than 400 classic cars are signed up to participate in the parade.

Schedule of Events

• 6:00 PM 9:00 PM -Kid’s Inflatable Zone at 12 Mile and Tyler.
• 6:00 PM 9:00 PM- Food Court on Robina south of 12 Mile. Plus, there are dining options throughout the Downtown Business District.
• 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM - CruiseFest Classic Car Parade: find a prime spot along 12 Mile between Woodward and Greenfield and enjoy the nostalgic roar! After the parade view some of the classic cars behind the Berkley Theater on Robina.
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM- Tri-Community Coalition Street Dance on Griffith north of 12 Mile.
• 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM- Live Entertainment: Denise Davis and the Motor City Sensations is the featured performer followed by a late-night DJ. The stage is located at Robina north of 12 Mile.

Merchandise

Local volunteers and nonprofit organizations are selling official Woodward Dream Cruise merchandise starting August 9th (weather permitting):

• August 9-17: Official Dream Cruise Merchandise available at 12 Mile and Woodward.
• August 16: Official Dream Cruise Merchandise available at 12 Mile and Robina.
• August 16-17: Official Woodward Dream Cruise Merchandise will be sold at these locations: Woodward at 12 Mile, Woodward at Catalpa.
• August 17: Official Dream Cruise Merchandise available at these locations: Woodward and Catalpa, 12 Mile and Woodward.
