Birmingham Groves High Earns Silver Medal Ranking
U.S. News and World Report ranks Birmingham Groves as Michigan's 15th best high school.

BIRMINGHAM, MI — Birmingham Groves is the 15th best high school in Michigan, according to U.S. News and World Report. Overall, the school ranked as the 796th best high school in the country. Nearby Troy High School ranked sixth in Michigan and 397th overall.
U.S. News and World Report has crunched the numbers for 2017, releasing its annual list of best high schools in the country. In Michigan, Wellspring Preparatory High School in Grand Rapids earned the title of the best high school in the state. Overall, the school ranked 211th in the country. Arbor Preparatory in Ypsilanti ranked as the second best in Michigan, followed by Black River Public High School in in Holland.
Six Michigan high schools were given gold medals by U.S. News, 77 received silver and 52 received bronze medals. Groves received a silver medal.
