Bloomfield Hills Man Dies After Being Hit By Car on Woodward Avenue Sunday Night
Speed or alcohol are not suspected in the accident police say.
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI — 24-year-old Guy Beauchamp was struck and killed Sunday night by a can on Woodward Ave. a little before 9:30 p.m.
According to Bloomfield Township police, the accident occurred in the northbound lanes of Woodward Avenue near Square Lake Road.
Beauchamp was struck by a 2015 Ford Fusion driven by a 65-year-old Bloomfield Hills man, police do not suspect speed or alcohol to be a factor in the accident according to a statement.

The Oakland Press reports that the accident is currently under investigation by the Bloomfield Township Police Traffic investigation Unit and the Southeast Oakland County Crash Investigations Team.
The driver of the Ford Fusion is not in custody and is cooperating with police.
