Please note, the Spring 2020 Citizens Academy has been postponed in accordance with the State of Michigan mandate and to align with CDC best practices as we all deal with the COVID-19 outbreak.

Would you like to learn more about your local Birmingham government?

Registration is now open for those seeking to be a part of an elite group of Birmingham residents who are interested in increasing their knowledge about local government operations. The program is scheduled to run 8 weeks, with classes occurring on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8:30pm. This is a free educational offering and applications are accepted on a first-come basis, for a maximum of 30 people.
