Delinquent Dad Owes $300K
A former Oakland County man owes nearly $300,000 in support of his children and ex-wife.

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — A former West Bloomfield man tops the Oakland County Friend of the Court’s “Most Wanted” list by owing nearly $300,000 in support of his children and former wife. Allan Moe Licht has yet to pay anything toward supporting his family, according to Oakland County. He was ordered to pay $9,100 per month as a result of his 2013 divorce.
Licht, also known as Allan Moe Light, is reportedly living in Florida, far from the reaches of Oakland County’s Friend of the Court. Out of reach and out of sight, perhaps, but certainly not out of the spotlight.
“Most people pay all their obligations every month,” Suzanne Hollyer, director of the county’s Friend of the Court said. “Most people are good, supportive parents who want to help their kids. Rarely are their people who have to be chased after or cajole (to get them to pay).”
