Oakland Community Health Network release RFP for canopy structure

Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to
design, fabricate and install a canopy structure to cover the entire walkway of the main entrance
located at 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy, MI 48098.

OCHN invites Contractors to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of
this Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for
services and request a detailed response from all prospective Contractors, including pricing and
service descriptions in a specified format.

Questions should be directed to June Lewis at lewisj@oaklandchn.org by 5:00 p.m.,
June 26, 2019. Answers to questions submitted will be distributed to contractors on
June 28, 2019.
