Strawberry Sunday Hits a Sweet Note in Birmingham
Strawberry lava cakes, strawberry jam, and strawberry pies: just a few of the treats you can enjoy every week at Birmingham Farmers Market.
Sundays will get a little sweeter when a new event called Strawberry Sundays makes its debut at the Birmingham Farmers Market. Strawberry Sundays will be taking place in Birmingham starting June 22.
Some of Michigan’s freshest, sweetest strawberries grown by local farmers will be offered. Attendees will enjoy all things strawberry, including decorations, arts and crafts and – your mouth is watering already, isn’t it? – strawberry shortcakes made by Joshua Moyer, the executive chef of Mitchell’s Fish Market.
This family friendly event will have a strawberry themed craft area and a strawberry purse made of balloons for children.
