Local community chorus is seeking new members

The Troy Community Chorus is looking for adult singers for all voice parts. The Troy Community Chorus is a non-audition chorus comprised of men and women from Troy and surrounding communities who enjoy singing and are dedicated to the production of high-quality choral entertainment. Founded in 1978, the Chorus is currently under the direction of Jonathan Lowrie and accompanied by Min Sook Chung.

Registration and the first three rehearsals will take place at The First United Methodist Church of Troy located at 6363 Livernois in Troy beginning January 7, 2020. Subsequent rehearsals will be in the choir room at Athens High School, 4333 John R Road, Troy. Rehearsals are on Tuesdays from 7:30-9:30 PM with registration beginning 1 hour prior to the start of the first three rehearsals. The registration fee is $35/person or $60/couple.
