Unique Birmingham Penthouse Available

(Originally posted Oct. 13, 2016) BIRMINGHAM, MI — Realtors Peter Noonan and Drew Schmidt of Bailey Schmidt are looking for a particular buyer. Specifically, someone who wants to lay out $3.5 million for a unique penthouse suite on the top floor of the Balmoral Building.

The Balmoral Penthouse makes up the complete fifth floor and a portion of the fourth floor of the newly-completed Balmoral Building at Woodward Avenue and Brown Street, according to The Birmingham Eccentric. The luxury suite features 5,175 square feet of living space, plus a private 1,700-square-foot terrace that affords spectacular views of the city.

The penthouse shell is listed for $3.5 million. “There’s nothing comparable in the marketplace,” Noonan told the Eccentric. “I don’t know of any other commercial building in Michigan that will have this type of exclusivity. You will be the only resident."
