What You Need to Know About Birmingham Trick-Or-Treating

Pumpkin bowling, face painting and a costume parade await you in Birmingham!

BIRMINGHAM, MI - While Birmingham hasn’t set any official trick-or-treating hours, the common witching hours in nearby towns are 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Any later and it might just be you and the goblins out.

Below are a couple Birmingham Halloween events for children 10 and under to get you in the spooky spirit.

Oct. 30 - Birmingham Pumpkin Patch at 1 p.m. Make your way to the Community House Terrace (380 S Bates Street) for a Halloween-packed afternoon featuring pumpkin bowling, moon bounces and face painting. After you've patched yourself out at the Pumpkin Patch, show off your costume in the family-friendly Halloween Parade at 4 p.m.

Oct. 30 - In the mood for some Halloween hocus pocus? Check out the Spooky Halloween Magic Show at the Baldwin Public Library (300 West Merrill Street). Gordon Russ the Magician will dazzle audiences with his Spooky Magic Halloween Show. All ages are welcome to the show. To get your seat, call 248-647-1700.
