Police: Drunk Woman Drove Her Mercedes Into a Birmingham Home

Police arrested a 45-year-old Birmingham woman last Friday after she drove her Mercedes Benz into a home on Hawthorne, near Aspen. According to police reports, the incident happened around 7 p.m. Friday, March 22 on the 600 block of Hawthorne. The woman was under the influence of alcohol at the time, police say.
