Bloomfield Township
In addition to two regularly-scheduled meetings (Jan. 13 and Jan. 27), the Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees will conduct its first meeting of the new year at 7 p.m. Monday at Township Hall. It's the first of three scheduled public meetings (including a special work session at 8 a.m. Jan. 30 in the conference room to discuss the defined-pension plan cost and compensation models for employees.ÂOn tonight's agenda: The purchase of new ladder truck for the Bloomfield Township Fire Department for $682,422; and a $2750 contribution to the Avondale Youth Assistance organization.Â
