Lego Fun, Craft Building and Christmas Cheer This Weekend Around Bloomfield

There's a lot to do in and around Bloomfield Hills this weekend. Take a peek!

Lego Time

Budding architects and engineers ages 6 and above are invited to the Bloomfield Township Public Library Saturday for LEGO building fun inspired by a story to be read to the group. The free event starts at 11 a.m. and registration is not required. The library will supply the LEGO blocks.


Birmingham Village Players Sing in the Season

The Village Players of Birmingham invites the community to join them Sunday, Dec. 22 for an afternoon of holiday cheer featuring the Twelfth Night Singers, the Village Youth Singers, audience caroling, festive foods, and craft and gift tables. The Village Playhouse lobby will also feature gifts and crafts for sale and some light holiday refreshments.

The fun begins at 3 p.m. Tickets for the musical performance are $15 for adults, $10 for children (18 and under) and are available on the website or by calling the box office at 248-644-2075.

Christmas for Everyone at the Palladium

Join the community and staff at the Birmingham Palladium for live music, dance, interactive crowd activities, and a special message that will use the big screen in ways you have never experienced on Sunday, Dec. 22. Presentation times are 5 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m Tickets are free and will be available prior to the show times at the teater.

"Upcycle" Winter Break Crafts

Children of all ages are invited to turn something old into something new to mark the end of the year all day Sunday at the Baldwin Public Library. Crafts are available during library hours in the Youth Room.
