Patch Blogger Jillian Fellows Tops Olympic Summer in Tanzania

Chronicling her summer jaunts is nothing new. Last year, Fellows, then 20, was among 16 students from Ohio University that covered the 2012 Olympic Games in London for audiences both at home and around the world via social media.Â
