Some Bloomfield Township Water Bills Could Have Errors

Some Bloomfield Township residents may be a bit confused by their latest water bill due to a printer error.

According to a message in an e-newsletter sent this week, some of the quarterly water and sewer bills recently mailed out did not include the customary previous and current reading information and usage details. The township identified those affected have an account number that begins with the number 3. Those customers will also notice the current amount owed is printed as a previous balance on the bill.

The township apologized for the error in the message and encouraged residents to view their current balance and account information at any time using the Township's Water Utility Billing Information portal. Residents can also call 248-594-2800 to request a new bill.
