Brighton High School Among Michigan's Best: U.S. News Rankings 2016
U.S. News & World Report ranked more than 21,000 public high schools nationwide in its annual look at the nation's best high schools.
BRIGHTON, MI – Brighton High School is among the best in Michigan, according to the annual U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools ranking. The 2016 list was released April 18.
Brighton High School was ranked 21st in Michigan and 777th nationally among the more than 21,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia ranked by the magazine.

"Schools were awarded gold, silver or bronze medals based on their performance on state assessments, their graduation rates and how well they prepare students for college,” according to U.S. News & World Report, which looked at curriculum, test scores and student demographics.
