Police Need Help Finding Person Responsible for Thefts at Cemetery
The following information was provided by the Chelsea Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Chelsea Police were called to the 100 block of Madison Street May 29 at 5:45 p.m. after a resident reported flowers missing from a grave.
According to the report, the resident told police a large hanging basket of flowers was taken from a relative's grave site.
Police said this is an ongoing issue at the cemetery, and there are currently no suspects.
Anyone witnessing suspicious activity at the cemetery is urged to contact the Chelsea Police Department.
